đź’Ą.. did they at least warn you? If not, you deserve to get combat pay..
Triple paned windows probably would not help, either!
Very unfortunate to pay for lodging with this situation. I doubt it’s the first time that occurred or guests notified the hotel about this..

Our friend Michel here has been servicing his Rohloff himself for some time, and knows all about it, including the matter of cog wear. We can hook you up for any questions.

Chimneys are always fun to study, with or without the chimney sweeps.

Cigarettes, of all sorts. The local denizens were sure loud, ALL night long.

Omg! The cyclist in the middle of the pack facing your camera is wearing a Bontrager jersey! ( Keith is my neighbor here in Santa Cruz)

Missing the chimney sweep from Mary Poppins, however :) ( wrong country, I know..)

Cigarette residue or firecrackers? Both smoky smelly items…:(

We will all have to wait until Tuesday, but Josephine seems confident that all will be well. It is standard stuff for her.

Maybe we can try to find some seed and see if we can start a small patch at home.

I love carousels—the fast ones are so much more fun than the kiddie ones!

I'm waiting to hear how the bike repair went? How are the bikes operating? I'm a new owner of a Rohloff hub, and reading about your Nexus hubs being disassembled led me to quite an internet dive about how different hubs are serviced. Some have oil (mine), some have grease (yours). Who knew?

In warmer damp climates, it has been introduced and become naturalized. I occasionally ID it in the southeast. Readily available as seed.

Carousels aee fairly common in nany of the towns here. We find them really attractive and even though they go around fast, at least they remain in one plane.

It somehow seems exotic, whereas our clovers at home seem quite ordinary.
