To be honest though, even if I had the physical capacity I don't think I'd care for spending long hours on a bicycle on a highway day after day. And I have time to poke along and annoy shingle back lizards if I want to, whereas a lot of the younger cyclists have jobs and a time crunch to manage.

3 weeks agoIt's so much fun! It brings together my years working in aged care and my enjoyment of cycling. And I'm enjoying the experience of electric-assisted cycling too😁
3 weeks agoGood on ya, Penguin. When I was younger and stronger I used to pilot a tandem with vision impaired stokers on the back.

As a Vincentian who delivers food parcels to the needy financed in part by process from Vinnie's stores I commend your choice of Vinnie's over another Op shop.
