Many years ago when were walkers rather than cyclists we had a wonderful trip to Morocco. We were taken in a white van to the High Atlas Mountains from there we had a young man and a donkey and walked for about 10 days. At one stage we were 2 days walk from the nearest road end. We were staying in the little settlements along these walking tracks and it really felt like being in biblical times. An amazing experience
