Maybe it’s a nuraghe, but to me it looks like one of the coastal towers built by the Spaniards to defend the island from the Saracens - similar to the Genoese and Pisan towers you see ringing Corsica.

Maybe this one is Torre Argentina, not too far northwest of Bosa?

The flowers are edible and tasty too.

Yes, we had tapas of German potato salad, mussels and croquettes! Guiness beer and Irish stew later in the day...quite the international fare. And counting down to our meetup!!
