You should have seen Rachel run the red light yesterday in Messina. Traffic was a complete cluster and she weaved right through it. Like an Italian.

1 year agoYup. It’s always like this in the afternoon and early evening, in our experience. And there are always one or two buskers about.
1 year agoThis is the Quattro Canti (referring to the four ornamental corners of the intersection, I assume). It’s the principal crossroad of the old city. It’s always packed by midafternoon. Our room this time was up an alley about three blocks straight ahead in this photo.
