This is the Quattro Canti (referring to the four ornamental corners of the intersection, I assume). It’s the principal crossroad of the old city. It’s always packed by midafternoon. Our room this time was up an alley about three blocks straight ahead in this photo.

1 year agoThese murals were painted by Pina Monne a well known Sardinian muralist and ceramic artist. She brought the town of Suni to life with her work!

Yup. It’s always like this in the afternoon and early evening, in our experience. And there are always one or two buskers about.
