Hello Rachel and Patrick...so enjoying the tour journal there. Hey, one question. How is it working with the sim cards there in Europe these days? Are you just using prepaid data cards without telephone for all the communication? How about texting?.....

Looking at those plastic bottles OMG..made me to back to look at the origins of plastic... So per wikipedia
The first synthetic polymer was invented in 1869 by John Wesley Hyatt, who was inspired by a New York firm's offer of $10,000 for anyone who could provide a substitute for ivory. The growing popularity of billiards had put a strain on the supply of natural ivory, obtained through the slaughter of wild elephants
Aiyiyi... Short term gains, long term consequences

1 year agoThat 6" wide trench sounds very familiar to our experience further west near Shkodër! The extra challenge is when one wheel of the trailer ends up on the wrong side and it crumbles away.

Remember the movie Mrs. Robinson? The fammous line of what is the future....."plastics". Interesting about the ivory, I have my grandfather's billiard table that was in his front living room that I remember as a child, its upstairs now in our house....along with the original billiard balls....of ivory.
