Patrick has collected license plates from everywhere he/we have cycled, now on the ceiling of the remodeled garage/workshop.

He has a good eye to spot his treasures

Wow, serendipity, so many parallels, and we know the Grumby's as well. Yes, we must meet sometime!
Congratulations to you two!!

Some of my most used tools are "roadkill." Coins and bungees in abundance. Some, like hammers never got picked up. Screwdrivers and pliers and socket wrenches and so on got left with friends along the way. Part of the joys of cycle touring!

So here’s something else we have in common, surprisingly enough. We celebrate our anniversary tomorrow also, our 33rd. We’re going to have to meet up and have a joint anniversary celebration some year.

Hi Scott,
That is correct, July 8th. We have our "just married" shirts with us with the yellow one added date 20years that we had in Georgia (country) and the gray one added 26 years....we were going to replicate the 1995 Honeymoon ride pic on Logan Pass, but didn't work out since Going to Sun Road was not completely open to through traffic.

These be white pelicans. But I don’t suppose these are the ones you couldn’t identify.

That would make your wedding anniversary July 8th then. Correct?

Why does this picture make me think of Andrew Wyeth? Great atmosphere!!

Love it, and this was mine too, growing up in town of 550 people in illinois....but ours was tractors later. Earlier though, we actually had floats with themes...I was Abe Lincoln on one, one year.
