Looks like a great blue heron. Amazing to me how widespread they are. Fairly common here in Ohio.

6 years agoI love this stretch of abandoned road by Cape Meares. It’s been like this for at least several years. I hope they never repair it.

6 years agoGo Em! now we're talking'. Thursday's ride went to Quilcene. Pie and coffee. Then return via Egg and I and Swansonville. Legs are pleasantly tired. there were 7 of us.

6 years agoYes, he is a heron. Stork is slang for heron. Sorry I'm so sloopy with my terminology. Thanks for keeping me straight up. Where are you in Ohio? I lived in Dayton for a couple of years!
