I’m the same way, Bob. I’m pretty obsessive about it really, especially if Rachael is going to be along for the ride. I’m a little looser when it’s just myself I’m exposing.

This is why I spend a lot of time playing around with satellite and street view in Google before a trip. BTDT. Have to wonder who decides this is a road worthy of being shown on a map. Maybe on a tall tractor.

So glad Rachael seems to be on the mend. Good idea to have given biking and hiking a miss for today.

Nice catch! Winds are so frustrating when trying to get a good shot of a wildflower.

I might have ID'd burgloss before...

Nice! Brings back memories from when I was a really little kid and my mom introduced them to me.

The bus sounds like the perfect option for the day. Glad it was available for you.

You’re right! I failed because I couldn’t tell. As soon as they reached home base they disappeared into the laurels. It’s amazing that those trees can hide thousands of birds. I never did get a shot of one.

It really was fun. The interior of Western Sicily is full of semi paved, decaying roads like this. They’re all wonderful.

What a fun road! It's just calling out for exploration!

It might be a strange thing to say but, no wonder Anthony Fauci is such an interesting guy and still so full of life at age 82.

The combination of your eye and the way your phone processes photos that makes beautiful photos. I love your compositions as well as the colors and sharpness.
