Podolica seems likely, especially since we’ve seen Caciocavallo cheese on the local menus.

1 year agoI was pleased to discover what it was when I looked it up. I hadn’t connected it with grape hyacinths, but once you know it’s an obvious cousin.
1 year agoRemember? Ha, ha. I don’t remember much of anything any more. I fortunately still have a good memory for terrain and position though, so I can usually figure it out after the fact by tracing my route on Google Maps.
