Fabulous video Rachael! Another road to explore... thanks.

I am convinced. Not gonna ride that. You almost had your death documented by Rachael's camera. Then she'd have to find something a bit more doleful for the soundtrack.

I agree with Steve. I'll just enjoy that stretch of road vicariously through your awesome video!

You were right, the video was revealing: gorgeous, but too scary for me!

I should have said something about that. There are many walls like this in Vietri, as well as ceramic shops. The town is renowned for its ceramics.

I really like that mural.

Love this! Much more appealing than herds of tourists milling about in search of that perfect souvenir.

Smart to turn back when you did!

Good day to illustrate "it's not about the destination; it's about the journey".

Very interesting! If only motorists knew what fine details of life they miss when they speed by a scene like this.

Awesome that you had this experience before entering the car-centric stretch going into the city.

Yup. Sometimes boring is really nice.

That surprised me too, but it must really help with such an isolated job. I was even more surprised though that he was speaking in some African language.

Was that sheep herder really talking on a cell phone?

Part of me is surprised by this and part of me thinks it must be a totally normal thing ...

Sorry about the stressful ride through Potenza. Glad you were able to get food and relax before you got on the train.

This looks much more pleasant than nightmarish traffic!

We love this scene too. The dog is doing a great job leading the way until they all decide to bail on him and head up into the lush field with out him!
