Picnic tables with trees!
4 years agoThank you for reading our journal and enjoying it! Things can hardly go wrong in Thailand. We always knew that it would be rough in Myanmar and that's why we put it first. Thailand is gravy with roads as smooth as butter.
4 years agoWait a minute. Toss their collections of old toothbrushes? Now I think you're going a bit too far. My collection has grown since we've been on the road. Every guesthouse in Myanmar had several free toothbrushes. They work great at cleaning chains too.

4 years agoWhat a gorgeous blossom! And a funny coincidence - we biked past Frangipani Winery last night and I was trying to recall what the flower looked like. I almost stopped to take a photo to remind myself, but we were too cold.

4 years agoThose envious onlookers are right. They should sell their homes as well, toss their collections of old toothbrushes and pet rocks, and hit the road.

4 years agoThey should take a tip from the Greeks. This would be so much more colorful if the boxes were brightly painted.
