This is just stunning scenery. Combined with the cyclist-friendly paths and roads I think Jen and I gotta do this.

It was kind of fun ... as long as we weren’t pedalling into it.
The yr.no forecasts have been amazingly accurate, the wind has died right off and is coming from the west. Tomorrow morning is a light breeze (biker scale) from the east so we are bugging out for Santa Maria di Leuca bright and early

So true, everyday is a bit of a crapshoot. You can only hope the dice aren’t loaded too much in favour of the house! The next pic kind of shows it’s an even game ... great cup of coffee and equally good apricot Pastry. Thanks for the ongoing comments and support. We admire your ability to pull off your trip and still manage to keep up on ours.
