3 years agoI see trees looking like this here in KC. It’s the result of county tree and brush crews. they have a tall boom with a chainsaw whirling around cutting trees and limbs up high. I don’t think that’s lightening.

3 years agoWe biked Washington Island but didn’t stay there. We were at Gills Arock though, which is as close as you can get without being on the island - only a few miles from the ferry dock.
3 years agoFrom here, didn’t you go to Washington Island? We couldn’t get a one night reservation anywhere, so ended up in Sister Bay for two nights.
I’m going to have a rest day. That will be 11 cycling days. It sounds like Jacinto is going to ride a loop. That will give him 16 days without a day off.
If we could have gotten something up where you did, I would have been happy.
We stayed at the BW too! It was OK, but too far out of town. We walked to downtown for dinner and back.
