Resign yourselves to carrying the "mailback" stuff with you until you return home. It will be faster, and you will be certain that it gets here. The strike has been ongoing for OVER a month and shows little sign of resolution any time soon. Even if resolved by year end there will be a huge backlog to deal with, so.......

Leaves look wrong for dogwood, and most species of dogwood have 4 petal blossoms.
