Here is hoping you can get Barry's bike working properly. When Steve's motor died in England last year it was a real problem. Dodie shifted the bulk of the heavy stuff to her bike and we shortened our distances each day. Still, it puts a crimp in things.7

1 year agoThanks for your comment Suzanne. Barry is game to try whatever is on offer.
1 year agoSame at home. I think it is embedded in their culture regardless of the pandemic.
1 year agoSo true. The crust was just right and the texture of the filling was so creamy. Haven it made it to Portugal yet. Enjoying following your adventures there. We had an epic 6 month trip ready to go, from Portugal to France then Wales, Ireland and Scotland but then the pandemic hit and then health problems complicated life. Portugal etc is still on our wish list.
Happy travels.
Just getting to the ferry was quite an adventure already! And I am loving that you try every kind of new food.
1 year agoWe are swimming in these things, here in Portugal. A key is the crispiness of the crust. It needs to be fresh baked to be at its best.

1 year agoHi
Thank you for your message. We both really enjoyed meeting you yesterday at the Castle. We see Yoshi again on Tuesday at his shop. We will tell him that we met you. Take careβ¦and yes, Barry will look after his teeth.

Yes, his attention to our well being and the security of our trikes was exceptional, especially since if you were able to see the surrounding area, 100βs of bikes are parked without being locked or protected.

What do you do if there is no sidewalk/shoulder and you need to ride on the road with the traffic? We get nervous on regular widther/height bikes, can hardly imagine lower wider trikes.
