Which noise cancelling headphones are you using? Can noise cancelling be light and comfortable and packable?
5 years agoGreat trip! Thanks for the story.
5 years agoYou could email us at shadybrook at shaw dot ca.
5 years agoSure, that would be great. How do I give you my address without posting it here?
5 years agoHey Brent, do you want us to mail you the Greenway map and/or send the gpx track?
5 years agoWe of course are just back from the Greenway. One of our takeaways was "Hey, why do we have to stick to this route when all these other roads look great too?" But maybe the Greenway has selected more scenic or safer ways. We would have to go see more off Greenway territory to know that answer. The advantage of onthe road signage is of course significant, but then again it had enough holes in it that we were saying "Without the GPS there would be no way, right here."
Because the ride is so fresh in our memory, we will be following you with double interest.
From Amazon I got TaoTronics TT-EP002 headphones. Though I am sure they are not the best, the price was good and they make videos watchable on the plane by blocking out a lot of the engine drone. The online ratings are fairly positive, too - 4 out of 5. These ones are not full headset type; rather, they are earbuds that weigh almost nothing.
