I’m so happy to hear you didn’t have to change rooms! You’re New Year’s Eve sounds similar to many of ours while on tour.

What a luxurious train ride. It reminds me of the overnight ferries we have taken.

I stay away from fried chicken but, no, I don't think there was any.

This is probably the most honorable place these bikes have ever been allowed. This was a pretty nice hotel. And the bikes were not very clean either. There was even a doorman just off to the left who watched the bikes 24 hours a day. No need to lock them. If bikes could smile!

When traveling, especially by bicycle, there are always a myriad of factors to consider before coming up with a plan. I kind of like the juggling - I kind of hate the juggling. In the end I always end up thinking that it doesn't really matter what we do because I'm happy no matter where I am. I always find interesting things to photograph, learn from, etc. Every single place, every culture is fascinating and over here the people are always wonderful, no matter where.

Congratulations on making this decision, and in pulling off such an abrupt change of plans. It can be difficult to let go of a vision, but it sounds really smart to me.

Yogurt it is. They also have western options such as French toast, toast, cereal, eggs, croissants.
