The bikes get us to places public transportation can't, so that's nice. But our trips are always more culture driven than cycle driven.

2 years agoThey were very sweet together and the little girl was so excited to be going to the beach with Dad. She was jabbering the entire way!

2 years agoThe wind has been blowing like crazy here .. 20-30mph for hours!
So this was a great morning to let the 'bending with the wind' theme percolate as I sip my coffee.
Next time I encounter a day that smells of sewer gas or some other irritant, I hope to be able to pause and ask myself "What would it feel like to bend with the wind here?"
I'm gonna guess that most situations don't require the pants-on-fire "Tippy Toes!" response. And like that cobra, I can just smile and wink.
Your photographs of people are striking. There is always room in these images for me to project my own thoughts, desires, and imagination.
