Barley, we think. Mainly used in beer making, and probably exported largely to Germany, Austria, Czech, for beer production.

Look at the head. If there are six rows of seeds it’s wheat, if not it’s probably barley (2 or 4 rows). Some wheats have fewer rows, but most bread wheat is six row.
