Well, I tried them as a little kid... Not much taste. They REALLY stain. Not so terribly toxic, fortunately. I only tried a few berries so it wasn't enough to give me stomach problems. Not sure why anyone would want to try eating more than a few anyway since they don't taste good. They grow all over the place around here.

You’re a handy guy to have around, Bill. I’ll check in with you before popping something new into my mouth.

Maybe a stinkbug nymph.

That’s a good suggestion for Jeff. I gave him my own feedback too of course, but didn’t think of that one.

Can you believe it? We didn’t go to the museum. One more reason to come back here. We’re thinking of just repatriating to northern Italy.

Oh, yeah. That guy. He’s the guide, walking backwards and keeping the driver on track. Not much room for error.

Ron is sitting next to me whole-heartedly disagreeing.

But me? I think I'd prefer the stacotto d'asino over canned chicken. ;0)

Obviously you will need to visit the Museo del Violino. Our account of it starts here:

p.s. We are hoping Jeff will soon provide for ULs like this to just be given as links, like in the main text.

The guy in green seems to be weighing his options as well.

Rachael - glad your cold is better and that you survived the WC experience!

Sounds a bit weird alright, but it was very good. Way better than canned chicken!

Donkey sauce sounds terrible! Good thing you ordered stacotto d'asino!

I’m surprised to hear anyone else that knew do Don Camillo! I appreciated you pointing out that he and the mayor are gesturing to each other across the square. I hadn’t picked up on that.

You had quite the eventful tour, didn’t you? Forgotten camera, missing passports, searing rain on the best miles of the trip. It sounds like one of our tours. At least it isn’t the kind of tour you forget about because nothing happened.
