Just love the areas you are traveling through now! Getting ideas for next summer.

Antico Beccaria. I couldn’t remember, so I researched it. In doing so I saw that it’s reviews are mixed, so use your own judgement. We had a great meal, but then again I have no sense of smell or taste so what do I know?

Can you tell me the name of the restaurant in Brescia? -"Brescia gave us perhaps our most elegant place setting anywhere". Looks so lovely would love to go there on our trip, perhaps next summer. Thanks Love reading your blogs. Ann

I’m not so sure about that. Aren’t you two a couple of those notorious Hostile Actors?

I know. I was disappointed when I took it, until I looked at it later and saw her expression. Moments before she had been sitting against the lion, but then her mom showed up.

Denver now!

You better believe I’m careful. I hardly ever do this, but it seemed safe enough - guard rails on both sides, no one else around.

"We could imagine using it as an extended base for day rides, or staying here for a month, or forever. ... It’s incredible to me that the place isn’t crawling with tourists, but it is really beautiful seeing the streets filled with markets and people of all ages and types coming and going by foot or bike."

I want to move there!! Love the video of mostly pedestrians and bicycles. If you and Rachael decide to buy a place with a mother-in-law flat, can Ron and I rent it? :0)

Wow, far out! This photo is giving me a flashback to the 1970s when I....no, wait, that wasn't me.

This photo made my morning!

Love all the descriptions of cycle-friendliness, too. A tad different than Denver Metro!

Be careful with hand held videos. You might end up looking like youre lip-syncing a yodeling cowboy.

So, that’s two don’ts. Don’t eat, and don’t cultivate. Good to know.

I made the mistake of letting one of these weeds grow in our garden one year. I thought the leaves, stalk and berries were pretty cool but they came up everywhere for years and they have a very strong tap root that goes down to China. It's nearly impossible to get rid of this stuff. Don't ever plant it!
