Wow!!! Kudos to you both. It may be very hilly but the rewards are great!!! I’d like to see a bicycle version (in a field) of you singing ‘ the hills are alive…’ please.
8 months agoThat was the day I was waiting for congratulations. We got a shuttle for the last 8 km to Schloss Bernstein. The rest of the passes you plan although an effort are really no problem
8 months agoIt really was. Our new friend Hannes said that when the storm hit, a family took pity on him and invited him in.
8 months agoLovely scenery approaching the mountains. Hiw great was the ‘ honesty’ caravan. That was a bit of a saviour!!!👏
8 months agoIt is pretty spectacular, especially this close view from our balcony. As we left Hohenschwangau at 8.30, the place was filling up with queues a mile long to get onto buses going to the castle. We were happy to leave.

8 months agoIt meant putting the boxes on top of the strap and pushing the trolley by peering out sideways. Got a few odd looks!
