You’ll have a wonderful time! What a great tour to do with your son.

That would be nice! We will be concentrating on a short section of the Loire and a few days in Paris since Alex has never been. So if any of this might work for you....

Well, this sounds terrific! With any luck we may be in northern France, or Netherlands, or Belgium, in August/September (And maybe October) of 2023. Perhaps a meet up might be arranged-we could evenagree to all speak in French.

Croissant, or maybe pain au chocolat. Good for breakfast, snacks, quick pick me ups, actually just really good.

I agree with Steve. Toulouse to Bordeaux is great. On our trip this year we took a train from Avignon to Toulouse just to avoid the Canal du Midi

Hi Brent - I was surprised to see this plan beginning. It's because Canal du Midi has always been such a disappointment to us - so much of it being hard to cycle mud track. Going the other way - Toulouse to Bordeaux would be much more pleasant.

However, if you are intent on this, we do have the Bikeline guide, that we could lend you.
