Yes - I couldn't be happier!
1 year agoThank you for the kind words. I'll certainly ask if he'd like to join me on the next tour, though he's made it clear that he does NOT want to miss any school.
1 year agoWonderful father and son trip!
1 year agoHere's to many more memory making tours for the two of you. We really enjoyed reading about your travels, and hope to read more. Maybe next year?
1 year agoThank you! I agree.
1 year agoWhat a great thing to do with your son!
1 year agoOn his first tour I wanted him to gain the spatial awareness of cycletouring without the awkwardness of panniers. Next time he will have his own.
1 year agoWe wondered why you carried all the gear. Maybe you are still seeing Alex as a little kid whereas he is well on his way to being a man. Next trip let him carry his own stuff, if not yours as well.
1 year agoAh, Portuguese food heaven.

1 year agoIf you want Alex, and yourself, to want to go on more tours this was a wise decision.
1 year agoThank you. :)
1 year agoYou are such a good Dad, Brent.
