Graham, most of them, I hope! Now, seriously, Sumbawa, Lombok, Bali, Java, Sumatra.

Ian, very good! Is that the van Gough who was responsible for the purchase of Blue Poles?

Ian, I've heard that they ride on hard, skinny tires. What was the temperature and humidity? And how many 65 year old are doing it? But all said, that's impressive.

The Tour de France did 184km with 3949m of vertical gain that day, but they appear to have lighter kit.

A hint of van Gough with the bold colours and perspective distortion on the table.

Graham Smith commented on Day 69 - a day off the bike and a trip to the "hobbit" cave

I remember Julian Cribb being very excited about the discovery of these fossils, and him doing his utmost to raise public awareness of the significance of them. But I haven’t heard much about them in the public media since that flurry of activity quite a while ago.

It certainly looks like the site is well worth a visit. Especially if the museum adds to the experience of seeing the cave, and general location of the research work.

Ian, I think that if I even attempt to answer your question I'm on shaky ground. It's one for the experts. Is Homo floresiensis really a separate species?

So from your following text, is it likely the hobbits were an evolutionary dead end.

On my daughter’s senior high school excursion to Indochina there was a huge lineup for the western toilet, baulking as they did at the local squat toilet. I asked “Are you planning on sitting on the seat?”, the queues quickly equalised and the coach got on its way. That said, the ‘wet bathroom’ takes a bit of getting used to.

Graham. I'm being reasonaby careful about mossies by using repellent. However, I've been more careful in the past by wearing long trousers.
I'm assuming.ing that cheap fuel, calked"solar" at service stations is ethanol. I haven't looked for small gas cylinders but imagine they're hard to come by. All these questions explain why I use more multifuel stoves. Ian
