2 years agoHi, thanks for writing …. And lunch! I’m always behind on my blog, ha ha, I but just got that day and pics updated. It’s the day of the ride to Otavi. Thanks again for your kindness

Ha ha!! Apparently, the farm is much bigger than the little part I got to see! I did touch the baby gators belly, so soft!
2 years agoHey Kim👋🏼
Met on you on the way to Windhoek, Namibia...I was with my family and we had lunch under a tree. We prayed and all. Hope you remember. ❤ You're amazing btw xxx still waiting on those pics to be posted 😉😉❤
That's a lot of handbags!
2 years agoYes, it was pretty darn amazing! think I only would have stopped near here for a 1/2 day safari had I been on my bike. Well worth the extra time and effort it took to rent a car and go here.
P.S. The elephants were my favorite!
I definitely did! And just wait, more animal encounters coming soon. What a memorable few days it was!

2 years agoHey Jan,
Was so greet to meet you guys and hang out. Don't think I'll be back in Baja again cycling anytime soon, but you never know! Thanks again for my "rescue" and hospitality. I still get a kick out of Brooklyn's kidnapped cyclist comment. Take care.

Hey Rich,
Yes, it has been a huge delay. So thankful for a place to wait it out and if all goes as planned, my wheel will arrive this week and I'll be back on the road shortly. Finally!

Hey,
Sorry, I forgot to respond and am just catching up. I'll be on the road within the week if all goes as planned - maybe eating some more doughnuts! Ha ha. Take care!
-Kim
HI Adam,
Thanks so much and I'm happy to say you are wrong. Ha ha. My trip isn't done, just been on hold. Uuuuugh. My wheel should be arriving any day now and if all goes as planned, I'll be back on the road later this week. Can't wait to see what more Africa has to offer! Stay tuned and thanks for following along!
