Yeah, some quality you have... I just use an old Canon SX130.

Hi Bill. I use a Leica 100-400 lens on a Panasonic Lumix G85 body. Fairly basic body but a pro quality lens and the combo is small enough to fit into my handlebar bag.

Your bird photos are wonderful! You must have quite a good zoom.

In New Zealand we were told that their chocolate tastes better than the Oz varieties because the stuff made in warmer climates has an additive to inhibit melting in warmer weather!
YMMV

If you look at which bicycle it is you will note that I am the one carrying the tree.

My first thought on looking at this picture was that I was not surprised that Leigh got dehydrated if you had her carrying that tree around in her paniers!

Hi Mike. It was the heat that got us. We got a few hotter days coming up so we had better get used to it.

Amazing the diversity... so intricate even "experts" disagree! :-)

I won't even try to identify it. There are apparently more than a thousand Tarantula species.

That should read "simple" and not "sile".

It's part of the goodies that come with the MSR Universal stove as well as a sile but useful aluminium wind shield. The stove can run off benzine, petrol, paraffin or gas canisters. Currently using petrol which makes the room stink a bit like a service station.
